Patsy Orkar joined CIGI in September 2007. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership. Previous work experience includes 10 years of working with an international relief and development agency as a project manager and consultant in countries such as Rwanda, The DRC, Haiti, Mali, Senegal, Niger, and Nigeria.
