As the tide of Swine Flu begins to subside, global health policy and governance has once again been thrust into the international spotlight. Not since the SARS outbreak of 2003 has there been such a united global commitment to reforming global health governance, and with a renewed sense urgency, global health research projects are currently in vogue at research institutions around the world.
